👍 Went to there to register my sim, there was orderliness but long queue leading to time lost to other activities. Hey hey wait a minute, I got the chance to use their free wifi. I think that's good service

👍 Is a nice environment, very peaceful and quiet place.. customer service is really exceptional but my only concern is that mtn service does not work at that particular area, it works everywhere on KNUST campus but not Vodafone cafe. Amazing! But was a nice place.

😠 This branch purports to encourage the practice of social distancing but by what I saw, most members of staff themselves practice zero social distancing. Some staff members are rude, pressuring you to leave even before you are done. Plus, I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before I was attended...

👍 Good customer services and smiling faces which will never sack customers away. Remember there was power outage and how they spoke to us mde us wait patiently until the power was back on

😠 Honestly the down fall of Glo Ghana is because of the people there. Attitude is terrible. Ambience not suitable for Telecommunication Company.

😠 They aren't opened, since after the lockdown and tbeir phone number was never going through and the security too couldnt give any contact of anyone there to speak with, he just left me there at thw gate and I just stared in awe.
