👍👍 The best gym in New Philadelphia. Very clean space, very polite staff that really deals and in essence with the athletes. It has nothing to do with the standard gyms-chains that are on top of each other, nobody cares about you and they are dirty.

👍👍 Εξαιρετικός χώρος. Εκεί έγινε η πρώτη γνωριμία με τη καλλισθενική.
Εκτός από καλλισθενική υπάρχει και η επιλογή του CrossFit. Κάθε μέρα έχει μαθήματα και για τα δύο είδη προπόνησης.
Πάνος και Ανδρέας είναι αμφότεροι, εξαιρετικοί προπονητές.
Νομίζω αξίζει ένα δοκιμαστικό (είναι δωρεάν)

😐 Clean and spacious place.Some trainers are stuck in old school highly ineffective methods.Great variety of equipment, but greatly lacking powerlifting/strongman equipment (no proper squat racks is a real big complain). For such a high price this should be a must.

🫤 Very old and heavily used equipment, usually crowded with "random citizens". It's really cheap to join but don't really think about it if you are serious about training. Sure if you work for it you can achieve progress even in this gym, but it won't make it much easier for you either.
