👍👍 Can't begin to say how grateful I am for finding this place while visiting Athens. I found a dog on street in need of food very malnourished and happen to mention it to the owner. He was able to not only provide me with a good price on food but also sent a store representative to help carry it more...

😠 The good ratings brought me to this shop instead of the franchise pet shops of the neighbourhood... Unfortunately, I have not had such a bad customer experience for a long time - a kind note to the owner not to treat customers like that

😐 Clean and well stocked. Still sell large parrots and they're housed in temporary small cages. Even the smaller bird housing is far from ideal. For a pet site in Greece though, pretty good.

😠 Λυπάμαι...πήγα το σκυλάκι μου πρώτη φορά...μα κ η τελευταία... απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά τον πατούσε μέσα στην μπανιέρα γιατί σηκωνοτανε το ζώο να φύγει...στο στέγνωμα τον κρατούσε σαν πατσαβούρα..του λέω άστο οσο τον στεγνώσες... τον πήρα κ έφυγα...ο υπάλληλος φαινόταν λες και τη δουλειά την έκανα με...

👍👍 Βρίσκω αυτό που θέλω πάντα, οι τιμές είναι κανονικές και όταν χρειάζομαι βοήθεια από τους υπαλλήλους την έχω με χαμόγελο και συνέπεια. Γιατί όμως αλλάζετε τόσο συχνά τα παιδιά που εργάζονται εκεί; Σχεδόν ποτέ δεν βρίσκω τους ίδιους όταν έρχομαι να αγοράσω αυτά που χρειάζομαι ανά δίμηνο ή τρίμηνο.

👍👍 Excellent service! My dog is not used to going to pet groomers, so it wasn't an easy task. They were really patient with him and even singing to him to calm him down. Thanks for the great service and treating our boy so well!
