😠 If there was a worse rating, I would give it. The whole center is vomit! There is not so much pigeon excrement in Szent Márk Square, not to mention the smell of human urine. I don't even understand how the maintainer (municipality?) can afford to make the staircase and surroundings of the building...

😠 Incredibly terrible service, emails were never replied on time and calls were never answered even during office hours. Staff were not helpful except for 2 nice ladies who i met in person. Everyone else was nasty to deal with and i wish this christmas season melts their hearts of stone.
