😐 I came in with a picture and very clear requests and asked if they are able to do so and they said yes. They did the exact opposite of what I asked. I left the place crying about the disaster that is my hair. they were very nice and spoke English and that's the only reason they got a 3 and not a 2

😠 I asked for a trim. 3-4cm. No wash, dry, or style. A lady did it in about 10 minutes. I was charged 5880HUF by a rude women at the counter. The trim was fine, but they are for sure trying to take advantage of foreigners (which I'm not).
