👍👍 It is such a peaceful place near a quiet, small town and so nice to be far fr the noise of a city and the bad parts of the world. The large tour groups never go there and you can explore the cliffs and shores without all the loud noises of people.

👍 Nice place to visit on a clear day, great view of Reykjavik harbour, Eisja and across to Snæfellsness in the right conditions. Also recommended for viewing the Northern lights and a great bonfire here on new years eve.

😐 I know that there aren’t many public restrooms in Iceland, but yuck. Tourists are the worst. Pack it out people or just air dry. There was a ridiculous amount of toilet paper just behind the picnic table. Iceland is the new Inca Trail. 😒👎
