🫤 The project in itself is good. We were planning to buy a Villa. There are a couple of downside - firstly, its situated in a very outer area that would take time to drvelop, secondly, there is a Gurudwara nearby which keeps playing loudspeaker every morning and evening. Not very suitable for children...
