😠 Booked room was not available even after confirmation one day prior. No apology. Had to stand in rain as guard won't open the gate. My in-laws are old and we had to take them away late in the night due to non availability of booked room. Pathetic service, pathetic response. Reception staff was sleep...

👍 The place is located half kilometres away from Perambra bus stand. They provide budget friendly packages, double room charges 750 and single cost 550. Room are not well maintained but kinda okay for a stay.
