😠 Worst traveller I have seen. Booked tickets from Hyd-Goa and the bus failed near Khanapur and waited for 5 hrs and no arrangements were made by them. Kids, elderly people suffered without food and toilets is a big problem. I prefer not to go with this travels

No CC camera's so forget about security, management doesn't take any action against stalkers they even support them, doesn't even call police if something goes wrong.
