😠 Worst staffs.... no proper responce to customer... very slowly worked staffs... poor people and uneducated peoples come to bank thats stafs no respect to the peoples... worst behavior...

😠 Worst service... Employees are not doing their work... If u go to this bank ur full day will b wasted in the bank... They won't attend phone calls... Total waste bank in colachel... Put ur money in this branch and you need to beg them to get it back... Go for tmb near it..

😠 The bank is not providing a quick RTGS service for an immediate transfer of funds.The RTGS and NEFT services are bad. The bank is not suitable for emergency payments through RTGS and NEFT.

😠 Very poor service. Employees are very rude. I had to visit the branch three times to open an account. Even then I couldnt open the account. There is another SBI branch opposite to Ans theatre. They helped to open the account in 10 minutes in single visit. If you want any service from SBI, pls choose...

👍👍 Nice response and good staff working it's place to open a account of sbi and telented staff is placed in the bank and we can exchange old not and tap notes also hear and there are 13 steps to go into back and it have check deposit,pass book printing,ATM, deposit also hear 👍
