😠 I had taken membership of 5 yrs (Mad dog bite me), paid the amount and now they are dictating the terms. Call Center does not answer. There is no person taking any responsibility. All irresponsible and no professionalism. To get the service you have to literally beg to them or visit office many time...

🫤 U really need to improve ur services its very much slow and the person who are working there dont even seem that they are concerned about there customers or their own job

😠 They have their own set of rules, in the very hard time they asked people to resign. They will only talk about their engagement with employees. Their policies to hire is also tedious + when i received my salary it was not according to paper and to this they will have their own set of explaination....

😐 This place is of 2 floors but its only used for collection of taxes for mira road branch. This place is clean and guarded by a watchman. There are only 2 counters but only 1 operate at a time. The timings for collecting taxes are 10 to 1:30 and then 2 to 4 pm. So kindly adjust your visit accordingly...
