👍 Nice and elegant place. Its not that good for living because they flat prices are just too high and the room celling is too low, not spacious at all. They worked more on the outside rather than inside. They have amazing swimming pools, games room, gym, table tennis ground and a lot more.

👍👍 It's unique in terms of its architectural beauty. It's a place you would want to visit and re-visit to experience the heritage of the city. There are some challenges with parking though and there is a lot of traffic restrictions. However I would definitely recommend this place.

👍 This place is nice but u may not feel much spacious if u enter the premises with ur car like other well known residential projects in kolkata , the swimming pool is not so deep or large but it has a good room for recreation and other activity rooms. Overall it is good and well maintained till date

😐 Its built by unprofessional builder, they hadn't hired a professional to plan basic things. You will see ac pipes hanging all around in balconies, no planning in flats to place washing machines, poor quality aluminium windows and doors been provided. They didn't have vision for basic things.
