👍 It is public sector bank.. it woks good. But branch is not working properly because of lack of staff.. I visit here regularly.. generally crowded.. waiting time around 30 min.. overall good. All PSB. work like this...but they are trying to improve... Locker facility is available... Now branch manag...

I guess SBI has outsourced the customer care calls to a cheap vendor I have 15 yrs old SBI Savings account and every time I had bad experience with customer service calls. They take all possible information right from account number...
