👍👍 Excellent place to stay, very courteous owner, quick room service and very well maintained compared to rest of the hotels in the city for bulk bookings ~15 persons, aircon and bathrooms are in great condition.

🫤 We a group of 4 people travelled from Hyderabad to attend a marriage in amalapuram. Booked 2 rooms here, charged 2500/- per room but they couldn't afford to provide us with towels even after repeated requests. All they could say was 'no towels available', before our checkout.

😠 Very poor room service. Only curd rice available in night menu. Housekeeping doesn't prepare the room properly. You have to ask for everything be it toiletries, slippers and they may or may not respond to that based on their mood. Absolute ZERO for hospitality and consumer experience.

👍👍 Well maintained rooms, excellent service . Excellent support & guidance by Receptionist SUBRAHMANYAM . So friendly in nature. All service staff are good. Overall review is excellent. They treat drivers as a special guests and they provide special room for drivers too.
