👍👍 Been an active member of this gym from 2016.. Very good trainers who know things about work outs. Located in main area of Tiruchengode town with car parking. AC and sound sound systems make it a luxury gym.. Recommend for both men and women..

👍 Good quality trainers and they have long experience in bodybuilding. But non A/C so ac lovers stay away. But I would recommend non a/c gym is the best for weight loss. They have a separate space for cardio and weight training. Just give it a try.
