😠 When we purchase the home they committed this will become prime to highway but later many home constructed , also no sign of water / rental scheme which they promised / high maintenance cost / No proper drainage system . Drainage is flowing out ..

😐 A little old one, but it is very affordable. If it rains well the previous year, then you will not have much water problem. Apartment is strong and can withstand even a earthquake. You have 15lacs you can get a decent apartment here. Lot of places are quite nearby, and you don't have to go much far...
