👍👍 Very neat and clean flats. Spacious area in nice locality. Garden area senior citizens away from hustle and bustle. Near by mall all necessary things we can get easily. Nirma school for kids are too closer.

Only cons is bit of far away from the city.Those who to prefer natur friendly life this place is definitely Jannat for them. Thumps Up from my side.

😠 I have visited property, how about water supply is that municipality water or salty borewell water. Pls reply as soon as possible. If yes then do we get 24*7 municipality water in tap water? PS: I got to know from local people that there is huge problem for electricity cut down. How you can fix it....

👍 Nice society, with multi cultural people. Can be Easily found from the main road. Only problem with the blocks facing back area is that the noise of Azaan comes entire day and continuously disturbs. Another issue is the dogs, people from within the society feed them and stop any action against dogs....

😠 Nothing is special.the price of this flats is starting from 2 crore but in beginning there is lots of powerful bodyguards and now all security officer are old and lazy people

🫤 Builder is very rude, builder did not fullfil his promises to provide facility written in brosher ( open gym, garden maintenance, no garbage duct, no open theater, only small water tank, small bore in 650 flats society), builder took 25000rs in the name of society maintenance at the time of buyin...

👍👍 I have my own house in this society. Very calm and peaceful location. Well educated and decent occupiers and owners. Very safe in all respect. Having mosque ,play ground and common plot with wast space in each bunglow. Happy and thankful for having house in this society.

🫤 Overrated Housing Society! Pros: security, infrastructure, small shop for daily needs. Cons: High maintenance charges, Water hardness is too high, far from the Halol town, surrounded by industrial area, air pollution level is high.
