🫤 Next to protect is big warehouse. Which is accessible 24 hrs by all trucks for loading and unloading. So we dropped because of the noise. Rest project is good, location is good and rates are bit higher side. Bit slow in construction also.

😠 Poor management of power supply in this society. Power keeps tripping to DG due to which elevators keep getting stuck /non functional and rendering it impossible to watch a movie fully. Despite numerous complaints raised, the situation hasn't improved at all.

👍👍 I was very skeptical of this project at first but after comparing it to others in an around vicinity on cost, space, structural and non structural & possession timelimes this seemed to be a dream home for me and bang on.
