😠 Construction quality is very poor, flat walls are filled with cracks. Their management staff behavior is very poor they treat you like a fool.

😠 Okay, so this might be a good project, but the marketing is very very misleading... everywhere they are advertising lower rates and when you call to enquire they are quoting the rates that would get you a decent flat in a metro. Two words - Highly Overpriced!!

😠 Living here since last 3 years and facing many problems. There is no one to listen here. Nobody listens to the builder either. There is no sewage drainage system. The lift stops at any time. There are many problems.

😠 Flats are good. Maintenance is done. Builder has left work incomplete
