👍 This tiny little pretty place just made me fall in love. The ambience and the decor is too pretty. I tasted momo and the chicken wings, and a few other items and they tasted good. Though a few items in their menu wernt avalable. Looking forward to more visits.

👍👍 I had a great time here. The waiters were committed to great service and were very friendly. Atmosphere was awesome . Clean and well maintained. Food and drinks in the menu tasted great. Little pricey but worth it.

👍👍 Loved it! Pork Crisps is a must try and the salad Uff! My compliments to the chef. And for cocktails; Old Fashioned is must if you’re at Ooopar Resto and followed by Appletini, it’s quite refreshing. 🥳🥳

🫤 Is it a bar? or is it a restaurant? One gets confused when you step in. Limited bar menu and food also. Be careful with the sharp benches and be careful with the floor tiles, too slippery. The take away pack and packaging is almost like street food packaging.

🫤 The food is great, the service is fair enough but management is poor. I once had to wait for 40 minutes just to get a pizza. And the reason is due to power failure! It's Manipur and we are all aware of frequent power cut offs and they didn't have back up cos their back up generator was not working....
