😠 Don't plan any function here, they are thieves, they will steal your purse, money and food plates!! Today they stole 50 plates, Rs 1500 per plate!! Catering is super poor, they hiring 3re class labour who will ask for money everywhere!!

🫤 Unnecessary additions of taxes in bill as in our case...we didn't order any alcholic item but still we were charged with liquor tax. And after asking for it, the staff was not cooperative at all and eventually we were forced to pay the same. However,Food was fine...

😠 Pathetic and unprofessional behaviour of the staff as well as manager. Washrooms were smelly and even after complaining,they were not cleaned. The plate system for function was not upto the mark. Overall not a good experience here. Don't book any marriage event if you want the function to be hassle...

😠 Not honouring oyo bookings and troubling customers. Even Oyo is losing name because of this. Oyo tried to convince them for half hour unsuccessfully. Then Oyo arranged for another bad hotel, and left us to move there with our own expenses with luggage. Highly unprofessional behaviour from both hotel...
