😐 These are awesome apartments with some faults. first let me clear this that this is one of the great apartment i have been to with all the facilities and great gardens, ratan orbit has two of it. But here is where cons appear. The park is placed between long buildings blocks, so now air circulation....

Location is good .
But Amenities .....Nothing accept parking
Room sizes are very small, construction quality compromises by the builder /contractor.
Design and layouts are not up to the standard.

😐 Poor management, no proper society. Okay for rent but do not purchase. Very poor bathrooms, leakage every other day from here and there. Deemag problem in the building. Some people don't even pay society maintenance and behave like beggars, want to use everything for free.

Its on prime location. Avon Market is nearby. Old Apartment.
