👍 This place is nice but u may not feel much spacious if u enter the premises with ur car like other well known residential projects in kolkata , the swimming pool is not so deep or large but it has a good room for recreation and other activity rooms. Overall it is good and well maintained till date

👍 It's a large luxurious ongoing project just near the sirity more. But considering such a big project Raja Rammohan Roy road is quite narrow for this.

😠 Price is extremely high considering the locality which is surrounded by factory and canal. We went over there on considering the name of group. However their price is very high and even they are also not willing to negotiate. Great which seems either their demand is high or Group has lot of surplus....

👍👍 It's a goverment project, made by Howrah Improvement Trust(HIT). Good location, very good in terms of connectivity and communication. 10/15 min to reach Esplanade (Heart of the city Kolkata). Also the location is near Ichapur Dumujala lake, which is most green location in Howrah town.
