😐 Yes it is large.....has enough of place for entry and exit and quite handful of benches are available if you have to wait for your bus to arrive..... and yes coming to the cons.....that it is not so clean .

They have made excellent hotel and transport arrangements including flight and railway reservations, with local guide wherever necessary. They also can make reservations for a party of two or a big group of people....

😠 On calling the place for booking tatkal ticket, they asked not to come to office and to call during the time booking is made. Then they collected advance money to book ticket, and showed that status is pending, which doesn't happen for tatkal tickets. So, what they showed is a template by filling in...

😠 Worst traveller I have seen. Booked tickets from Hyd-Goa and the bus failed near Khanapur and waited for 5 hrs and no arrangements were made by them. Kids, elderly people suffered without food and toilets is a big problem. I prefer not to go with this travels
