1) Before hiring your staff nurses please train them for a 1 Month class of etiquette & manners on how to deal with the client's.

😠 Bad experience, very money minded nurses.
And the nurse who act as doctor's assistant and supposed to translate is stupid. She, be playing phone the whole time while the patient is having language barrier, communicating with the doctor (who speaks hindi).

😐 Unlike all the other reviews about this hospital, I haven't seen any helper or nurses begging for money when I visited personally. But I do find the front staffs at the reception are not so customer friendly as if they had a bad day. Otherwise, the hospital isn't that bad at all except the pharmacy...
