Best places: Lakes in Madambakkam, India

👍 Excellent place for a peaceful walk/run, peaceful and clear of any obstructions, two kilometer long bund serves as a great place for trail run, only issue is the dumping of garbage and free flow of sewage water from the neighbourhood at the west end

👍👍 The water is comparatively less. Water completely drained in the surrounding area and remains dry land.

👍👍 Lake is huge but dirty and don't try to go their because snails and empty shells may hurt you.During summer it gets partially dry.Nice for fishing .For evenning walk the lake is best place near SRM KTR.The lake is near Aboard Valley .

😐 Temple is serene

😐 I closely watching this lake for last 3 years but Now it is totally polluted due to running off drainage water directly to the lake,it is totally drained now! Poor maintenance from PWD and they do only little bit of work.

Its located beside the Exit Lane on the way towards vandaloor via Outer Ring Road. Many people stop here for some rest...
