😠 Price is extremely high considering the locality which is surrounded by factory and canal. We went over there on considering the name of group. However their price is very high and even they are also not willing to negotiate. Great which seems either their demand is high or Group has lot of surplus....

👍👍 Bathroom tiles should be beige or earth colour and not grey.Grey makes a room look dull.Bedrooms are very small. Ambuja should provide sliding wooden doors in place of regular hinged wooden doors in bedrooms to provide better space utilization.

🫤 Very unreliable promoter. Never keep to schedule. Nor inform flat owners about work progress. There is no towerwise updates. We don't know if lifts have been installed, electricity and water connection have been completed. Only they ask money. No compensation for 4 years' delay.
