When we call for any issue than tell us only budget property actual we book for 3 star hotel.
We are 4 couple in kashmir but not such good experience.

With only a swimming pool n rain dance running.. The pool is dirty with algae floors n the water is highly chlorinated due to which we are having swellings on the face and its burning on the face, back, neck, etc. for days together!
