😐 Preethi centre is one of the shopping mall in feroke. A lot of people working here and also utilise for shopping and service works also. The main problem in the shopping center, Insufficient parking space, at season times parking will be full and it's difficult to visit there.

😠 A bus shed is available on one side of road. People going to Ramanattukara side can use this. No bus shed on the other side. The very sad thing is, number of buses running is very very less in this route, eventhough it is a national highway.
