🫤 A flat owner spend 11 hours inside flat & 13 hours at work place (office) out of 24 hours daily cycle. Lush spacious open lawn is of no use to all working family members. Shora, Kallar, Efflorescence civil construction manufacturing defects, one can find anywhere in the housing complex.

😐 Nice, safe, clean and peaceful residential place especially for students who are studying in Punjab. Transportation facility is good. No disturbance from the other families living in these housefeds. If you want to book a room for studying, my opinion is go for it.
