😠 Very bad couier service . They didnt have door step delivery even in 1.3 km area. The staff was very rude . Do not sent any item through dtdc service. Especially to dtdc service kattanam. Even after paying courier charges for the ordered item they are not delivering it to the door step.

😠 Very very bad service. Their charges are very high, almost double of other couriers. They do not know how to deal politely. Very arrogant.

😠 Not so happy with their service..As said by another reviewer they just ask us to collect it from them as if they do not have any responsibility to hand it over to us.
