👍👍 I left my trolley bag in Munnar bus stand and realised that I had left it after I reached Allephey. I called the stay owner and asked him for help. He was very kind and helped me get the luggage back by fetching the bag from a nearby shop and sending it in bus, to Alleppey. Forever grateful!

😠 The caretaker/ the one in charge has never accepted his mistakes. He doesn't konw how to behave to guests. His attitude towards us was unacceptable.choosing this cottage spoiled our trip. Never ever recommended to batchelors.

😐 Rooms are clean and neat. Water pressure is very low in top floors. Canteen facilities are in ground floor. Rooms are in 1,2,3 floors and conference hall is in 4th floor 🤣 and you will be physically fit after climbing steps after every meal , since there's NO LIFT.
