Worst experience, they don't pick your call when you're in need, they made me wait whole day, can't keep traveling so long.
They take no responsibility, very irresponsible behaviour.

Instead will talk to you in rude manner as if you are slave not a customer.Even the stranger will treat the other person nicely.
The blankets were missing and the burned curtains were being used.
No proper care is being taken.
