π I called a few hrs ahead to book for 3pm I arrived and was told I would have to wait for 30 mins. Means that there was no point booking an appointment.
I reconfirmed it would only take 30 mins max and that I wouldn't have to wait for 45+ mins. Guy at the front desk promised I could start in 30 mins...
