😠 I have recently visited this property in Munnar & it was so disappointing. Hotel facilities were very poor. The bathrooms werent clean & stinking alot. Even after multiple request it wasnt looked after. No food options. Lights were not working. Location is good but hotel isn't worth for family stay.

👍 We stayed here on Oct 2021 Pros: Located in the middle of the city. So there are all the shops nearby Reasonable price Rooms were large & comfortable. Restroom was good & clean. 24 X 7 Hot water facility & drinking water. Parking is small but Good & Safe. Incharge of the resort is nice & friendly....
