👍👍 Combat kinetics is one of the best place to learn mma. They have well trained fighters and best coaches in striking and grappling. They not only just teach you combat but also help you to push to your limit. Discipline and time management are well maintained.

😠 Worked out here for 8months. The gym is only good for you if you want personal training or you're not very serious about your weightlifting. If you're an athlete or you compete in powerlifting this place is not for you. You can't deadlift in here if you do apparently you'll always be doing them way...
