😠 Such a bad experience for us. Dirty room, broadsheet weren't been cleaned for ages. Didn't provide is with blanket in such an cold weather and gave us a dirty badsheet as cover. When we asked them to cancel the next day then had to pay for cancelling it. Paid advance money even though they said free...
