👍👍 Nicely built Triplex villas in Suncity, Narsinghi with all the modern amenities like gym, swimming pool, garden, walkway, community Center etc..but it is a bit too far from the city and transit time itself is going to take more than 2 hours every day.

😠 Went to see property here, the owners demanded money for gate entry and asked for ID cards. The owners scam and are involved in fraudulent activities to fellow tenants. Huge such listings available on 99 acres, magicbricks and nobroker sites - kindly be safe!
