😠 unfortunately when I arrived they didn't even let me in. a bit grouchy lady, she told me there was no place. I tried to explain that I had the reservation and had already paid the deposit. there was nothing to do, I had to look for another accommodation. Hostelword should cancel this property.

😠 It is one of the worst Hotel I have ever seen. I have booked an AC room but they provide me non ac. The room was very dirty. TV, geyser, AC were not working. There were no basic amenities not even a towel. The hotel stuff were very rude and rough. Not basic manners. I suggest everyone to avoid this...
