Food was really good, service was unsatisfactory we had to search for waiter all the time and wave hands to get his attention

😠 I did not expect this from a reputed brand. I order burger and it got a spoiled food. Burger patty is too old it has white layer formed. I have attached photos. I ate the other burger without checking it. I am not sure if I'll be fine.
