😠 Pathetic Tea and Super Premium Rates, In Rs 40 in the name of Masala tea they serve you boiled water.

😠 Such bad service. Staff was so rude to the customers. A server even spilled dal on my mother after a fight with my father.

😠 There was no option to give zero rating hence given one. Never ever experienced such a pathetic hospitality and more their behaviour was very rude. Zero taste and added extra food colors in main course items.

😐 Food is ok as per Rudrapur level... but need improvement in taste... someday it tastes 5 star but someday just ok ok...try dosa and chole batoore...not recommend samosa..

Bright & colourful counter-serve restaurant preparing a standard menu of Indian favourites.

😠 Staffs are not good specially that lady which control the counter and they save the money by switching off the AC even customer is present over their. Quality of pizza was also ok. But staff behaviour was very rude .

🫤 Sabse ghatiya restorant hai ye,mene swigy se chiken biryani order kia tha , 289 but discount ke bad 200 ka padha one plate ,but quantity me 3 small pieces of chiken dia gaya aur bhot kam quantity aur qaultity thi , so koi iske yaha se na le kuch

😠 Had ordered food online from the train and had also paid online, yet at the time of delivery they demanded money and behaved rudely. Please never buy food or anything else here.

😠 I ordered samosa and Idli sambhar out of which samosa was good and was served with green chutney, the potato stuffing in samosa was the one used in masala dosa. Next order idli sambhar was the worst thing I have ever tasted in my entire life, had to throw the whole idli it was bitter in taste never...
