😠 Very bad experience from the billing section. I selected merchandise worth INR 3600/- and showed a trends discount coupon of INR 500/- applicable for purchases of INR 1999/- or above valid till Nov 10. They told the coupon is not working and gave me an alternate offer of paying the full INR 3600/-...

😠 Not at all satisfied I am regular customer of Trends , and have visited nearly 4 to 5 outlets. But I got the worst service at Cherai outlet . This is my second experience, we will informed only at the billing counter that the product which have selected is not available in their system for billing ....

😐 Well known brand store. Situated in centre of Paravur town, in ZAMS mall. Visited the place 3-4 times in long gap of time, but never felt the satisfaction. Pricing always felt on higher side. Service also felt very disappointing. Lots of staff simply standing , not even giving attention nor asking...
