😠 They were not able to clean the room and not able to repair the geyser..in srinagar when temp is around 8 or 9°, this hotel has no hot water..they say 24x7 hot water..i am very upset with hotel service..no wifi in 2nd floor..people who stayed with us also complained about hot water..please dont go.....
