😠 Poor Ambience & Display standards...not as per Bata or any other orgnized retailer. Staff are disinterested in attending customers, communicate wrong discounts. Picked a pair on 50% off display area but at cashpoint the discount was only 20%. Sizes are also not available most of the time.

😠 Very poor service. My VIP trolley was under warranty, and it's wheels were broken. I was supposed to get them replace with original VIP wheels of good quality but they replaced with local quality, and the same replaced wheel broken within a week. Don't trust them.
