😠 Worst tour operator, who would say NO before you even have the smallest of request........almost ruined our holiday....gave him a handsome tip midway that they are feeling underpaid...would ask full trip money in the middle of nowhere and threat to leave you stranded... perhaps they operate on princ...

😠 The staffs are not knowing the real meaning of customer service. Not ready to show more options and not even maintaining the pleasant face while handling a customer. Please improve.......
