😠 No value of their words. After sales service is ridiculous. This is particularly for CROCS Bistupur. Purchased two items. Both showed defects within a week usage. But no accountability from the store manager for the same.

😠 Poor Ambience & Display standards...not as per Bata or any other orgnized retailer. Staff are disinterested in attending customers, communicate wrong discounts. Picked a pair on 50% off display area but at cashpoint the discount was only 20%. Sizes are also not available most of the time.
