👍👍 I rented a 2 BHK for 1.5 years and realized how well the flats are built. You will hear the wind wooshing by when you open all windows. Well lit and airy. It's built on top of a small hill, giving you a good view from the terrace.

😠 No maintenance done. Elevators does not work most of the time. Very Rude security guards and blames all problems on students who live here. Better to consider other apartments, Lots of other options available in this area now days. I have posted a photo which is just one of many issues.
