👍👍 The best class of vadodara. Specially attending Shahista Man's class is so full of energy. She has lots of energy and grace will workout which motivates us to do better. Mostly I have been to other classes as well but they are not as pro as this class is.!! Highly recommend for weight loss..

😐 A nice gym, affordable one but if just lacks discipline. Nobody puts back the weights on the racks and so it becomes dangerous. Many times when I had to do weight training I had to remove the weights and that is really frustrating to remove someone else's weights. Not all the trainers are technical.
