😐 The apartments are spacious and very comfortable especially 3BHKs. However the parking places are cramped and narrow. Even the elevators are very old and required proper maintenance.

👍 Has security guards and cams,electric fencing,hot water,ro purification plant,individual car parking,lift,walking track,a very small temple,and a very small swimming pool,play area and super market.

👍👍 Apartment is in very good surroundings but maintenance is very bad. Always quarreling people , full politics.

😠 Builder finish is not up the mark. Plumbing, electricity, hardware.., every work is 3rd grade. Builder does not care anyway. But be careful with them if you are dealing with riverbank constructions anytime.

👍👍 A great place coming up at Y junction oh NH5, where NRI Hospital and college was established some ten or fifteen years ago. More than ten floor the construction is at bridktpsce and beautiful. The site has great look from viewers travelling on NH5 in semi-urban landscape.

👍 Nice apartments. Bit costlier with amenities. For Basketball, they have only half court. It would have been great if it's a full court for some many blocks. Note: The road leading to Aparna is pathetic.
