😐 A simple battery change took almost 30 mins during which one had to sit in an enclosed waiting area with out any ac or fan. Did not expect Reliance to be so user unfriendly.

😠 Poor service, when I visited for sim change security not allow me to enter office , he routed to jio store located anbu bhavan signal. I was visited that store 9.45, he treated me as a slave , he asked me to come after1 hour, and i was visited that store after 1 hour he looking me in disgusting way....

😠 Very bad service….Don’t expect this from a reputed firm like Vi….The security staff is the most worst one….Not even caring the customers….All the staffs are not even caring the customers….
